    A study has been conducted on the “SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT” in GOLD CRAFT PACKAGING Ltd... It involves all activities from sourcing the raw materials, logistics, dis-tribution channel, retailers and end customers,. The organization is engaged in the manufacture of paper, printed cartoons , 2ply rolls ,universal cartoons , partition etc. they are employing more than 200000 personnel with supply chain management The projectsobjectives are to develop an efficient Supply chain management in the organi-zation. Study of intermediaries who comes in Supply Chain of packaging industry .To to eliminate the Intermediaries. To make sure that end customer gets quality products at reasonable price. To make sure that the time is not wasted pre present and post manu-facturing activates .To make sure customers are happy and satisfied about the quality, quantity, tastes, ordering time. To increase the orders for the products by distributor’s .To maximize revenue and minimize cost of production to reduce the number of defec-tive products. The research sampling was 100 samplings whichwere primary data included Questionnaires, Attitude scales, Observations.Interactions with the department head. Interactions with the advi-sors Company reports and secondary dataincluded. Computerizeddatabase, Publishedsources, Externalexperts. Bibliographic database. The study helped me gain valuable insights of GOLD CRAFT PACKAGING and also as to the factors that contribute to supply chain management. With the help of graphs and table we have found the present status of the company we have analyzed and interpreted the data and finally suggested few aspects in the company.
