Solar Powered Simplified Multilevel Inverter

In the area of distributed energy systems and industrial motor drives multilevel inverters play an important role. These inverters are emerging trends in technically growing world. An inverter is a device which converts the Direct current into the Alternating current. Inverters plays an important role in the life of all the electronic applications, inverter has the ability of providing continuous AC supply to all the electrical and electronic appliances. The single-phase inverter is used as the application of micro-grid. Multilevel solar inverters are used to satisfy the extra demand faced by the power grid due to the increase in the uneven load. The inverters are operating on the principal of Pulse Width Modulation technique which follows the rule of switching. The major problem faced by multilevel inverters are, number of switches required for performing the operations, if number of switches increases then the switching loss increases.
