A comprehensive study of mutual fund investments by it professionals in Bengaluru: This research explores the investment behaviours and patterns of IT professionals in Bengaluru regarding mutual funds. With the rapid growth of the IT sector and the increasing importance of financial planning, understanding how IT professionals engage with mutual funds is crucial. Through surveys and interviews, this research explores variables affecting risk and investment decisions perceptions, preferred mutual fund categories, and the degree of financial knowledge among IT professionals. Findings suggest a significant inclination towards mutual funds as a preferred investment avenue, driven by factors like long-term financial goals, tax benefits, and diversification. However, the study also highlights gaps in financial knowledge and a demand for customized financial instruction programs. Findings from this study can help policymakers, financial institutions, and employers in designing targeted initiatives to enhance financial literacy and support IT experts in creating knowledgeable investment selections.
