Equity research analysts play an important role in the financial industry by conducting in-depth analyses and making recommendations on stocks, bonds, and other financial instruments. This study looks at the function and influence of equities research analysts at Finology Ventures Private Limited, a well-known financial services firm that provides comprehensive financial education and research. The major goal of this study is to examine the roles, contributions, and issues that equity research analysts confront at Finology Ventures. It attempts to provide information about how these specialists contribute to the company's overall strategy, the methodology they use, and the influence of their analysis on client investment decisions. This study uses both primary and secondary data collection methods. Finology Ventures collects primary data through interviews and surveys of equities research analysts and other relevant stakeholders. Secondary data sources include industry reports, corporate publications, and existing literature on equity research procedures.
