    The project is about “A STUDY ON FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE USING RATIO ANALYSIS” – a study conducted with reference to Karnataka Urban Infrastructure Development and Finance Corporation Limited (KUIDFC). This encloses the approximate report about the performance of KUIDFC. KUIDFC is a state government organisation having its head office in Bangalore and divisional offices in various other districts in Karnataka. It was established in the year 1993 of November. Performance is nothing but the act of doing something. This project is about evaluating the performance of the organisation by using techniques of ratio analysis and also to understand its functions of this organisation. Analysis of performance gives a fair understanding about the past and present condition of the organisation and also helps to predict the future by analysing the past, understanding the present and think for the future changes. This assists the organisation to achieve its own objective.
