    In the recent days all the IT industries eyes rolling towards ServiceNow cloud computing and application became backbone to many IT industries in this era. We can see the rapid increase in the demand for the cloud technology. Cloud technology gives various benefits/services like infrastructure as service(IaaS), software as a service(SaaS), platform as a service(PaaS). Now a day due to huge demand in the cloud technology it’s is becoming problem for the cloud due to various jobs in which as to coordinate with different teams internally in organization like cloud operation, engineering etc.to track and resolve the issue there ServiceNow comes to picture. It easily solves the problems with some procedure at both the ends i.e., at customer as well as cloud company’s end. It enables IT operations to proceed automatically by creating single record for different IT Process in the Organization by this it can bring IT Design strategy and operations together in cloud platform. There are three kinds of services in cloud (PaaS)platform as a service which means we get the service from the cloud they provide the software through platform in which we can customize the software according to organization requirements there are many software’s in that list we can see one is ServiceNow. Which gives intern many features and we can pay only for those features which we going to use as per our requirements. Because requirements differ from organization to organization. HR service management module is one of the module which we are going to use in our organization. Where we use HR service portal for the employees to ask HR (human resource) through this portal where we can see the unique id generated for all the cases Or requests.
