Frequency Monitoring of Industrial Machine

Since the dawning of Industrial revolution in 1790, industries play a huge part in the society and it is one of the pillars of modern society. Every country has its own industry, and the backbone of any industry is its machine. Machines are the driving force of any industry. Now the question arises, what happens if the machine stops working? Sometimes a part of a machine may malfunction but the machine still keeps on working. After a point of time the machine will completely stop working. What if we were able to know about the deficiency in the machine before it was immobile? We would be able to redeem the money squandered due to the halt in production. Our frequency monitor system does exactly that. It tells about the fault in the system before it becomes a hindrance to production. This paper showcases all the evidence required to build this system. It describes the use of piezo to sense the frequencies and the use of Arduino to store and show the obtained frequencies.
