Vector Image Creator Algorithm used For Object Tracking

The project is an application that is created to track vehicles with the help of vector algebra technology. The technology of vector algebra is made advanced with the help of laser technology which will automatically detect the location of the vehicle. This application will be useful for the traffic police and private users to locate the vehicle in case of any emergency. The vector algebra is the software which helps the user to identify the letter and special characters from the image format. The idea of vector algebra is used to convert the scanned copy to document file, extract the letters from the image and also used for searching the letters from the image. Unlike a word document, it becomes very difficult to find words in an image format. The Vector Algebra (VA) will measure the angle position of the letter, the pixel size used in the letter which generates the English alphabets.
