    My Health Buddy Interaactive Portal for Patient and Doctor

    The Project My Health Buddy is an interactive Portal which is developed for communication between patient and doctor. It is an application that can be accessed by doing proper registration, after registration one unique Id will be generated for particular user. This project strategy is used to make patient and doctor communication more simple by using this portal interaction between patient and doctor can be achieved easily. The aim of the portal is to make communication easy as much as possible, using this portal patient can easily can find a good doctor, which makes patient work easy. This portal is good for hospital, clinic in which this portal can be used, it will make the work easy and it will save the time, and it will makes all data secure and the data can be accessed any time easily and with in less time. In this project first is main page which contains registration link and login page link. In registration link three registration page is there, new patient registration, new doctor registration and last is assistant registration. After registration they can go on login page were new user can login in the portal. In this portal all the users has their own home page are for the patient, doctor, admin, and doctor assistant. All this users can login into portal by their own login id which is will be provided during registration. If doctor login in the portal then doctor main page will appear, doctor main page it contain activity like issuing new prescription, he can add new medicine for the patient, he can view patient all history which all are comes under him. When patient login in the portal then he will get his own main page in that he can view all the list of doctors who all are registered in the portal, they can view there all information related to their qualification. They can see their own prescription which is issued by the doctor. Admin has their own home page which includes all the activity is going to performed by all the user function and admin has some special power camper to other users.
