    The project work is on “Posting and Reporting” (SeminarManagement) the main aim of the project is to conduct proper management on seminars and video conference and face to face seminars to maintain the record and data in the database we are developing the application to make the conformation of the seminars where it will held and how many members are participating and who is conducting the seminars, on which date it will be held. The project also supports the financial management like bill of the seminars, salary for the trainers and also resource management like room allocation, trainer allocation and the equipment needed for the trainer like projector etc. The module posting and reporting provides the details to customer whether the data that is given by the company for the customer is correct or any mismatch in the details. Posting is the process where working table data is moved to posted table. Working table data is the process where the user can insert the record, edit, remove the information from the table, it also represents the current and future transaction of the information. Posted table data information cannot be changed, edit or delete the information from the table, it also represents the past business transaction. Reports print data, building and recap. We use reports to print documents details such as invoices, and to process data without printing, the report consists of the report sketch that requires how data is composed, presented on the screen, or printed on the paper when the report is run. The report description will not be directly visible to the user and the report process is carried out during the development which consists of different steps to build the report.
