    The project titled “A study on the financial performance of CompaniesInn Solution Pvt. Ltd” for the period 2014 to 2016. The study based on secondary data from financial reports and other internet sources. The project is trying to analyse the financial performance of the CompaniesInn Solution Pvt. Ltd on the basis of different ratios. These ratios help to understand the strength and weakness of the Company legal and incorporation sector. It will also provide a guideline for the future activities of the Company legal and incorporation sector. This project report divided into five chapters. Chapter one includes the introduction part, chapter two comprises of brief overview about these industry and company profile, chapter three includes the theoretical background of the study, data analysis is contained in chapter four, chapter five includes the findings, suggestions and conclusion. The main objective of the study is to analyse and interpret the financial performance of CompaniesInn Solution Pvt. Ltd by using various ratios, which will help us to understand the financial position of the firm for the last 3 years from 2014 to 2016.
