    The Project Titled “A Study On Customers View And Perception Towards Mobile Phone Loans Availing From Home Credit India Finance Pvt Ltd” is conducted to know about marketing and how it’s effective. For the study primary data collected with the help of questionnaire. The project is trying to know about the customer satisfaction of the mobile loans HCIF and how it is help the growth of company. This study is help to understand the customer view and perception about the mobile loan provided by the company .it will also helps to find out the satisfaction level of customer towards the after sale services of the company. This project report divided into five chapters. Chapter one includes the introduction part. It has talking about the topic of the report and objectives. Chapter two comprises of brief overview about these industry and profile of home credit India finance. The complete profile of the company and all information regards with home credit India finance. Chapter three includes the theoretical background of the study that include the about marketing strategies of the company and its activities. The data analysis which is collected from the respondents is presented in chapter four. Collected data is made in the form of table and followed by the analysis. The data diagram and its interpretation is also presented in chapter four. Chapter five includes the findings, suggestions and conclusion. The data are collected through the questionnaire. This study is to identify customers view and perception towards mobile phone loans availing home credit India finance pvt ltd. Through this study we will gets to know the customer. By knowing the customers’ lot of things can be done by the company. Company gets to know about the customer perceptions which will lead the company to get more and more customers. Customers are the king for each and every business. If customer is satisfied with the company means he will never go to another company so it is very important to know the views and perception of customers.
