The internship carried out at Mobilean Technologies Pvt Ltd focused on Oracle Cloud Procurement and the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, providing practical exposure to modern enterprise procurement systems and cloud-based business process management. The main objective of the internship was to understand and implement various procurement activities within the Oracle Cloud environment, along with gaining knowledge of workflow automation, supplier management, transaction processing, and production support. The internship involved hands-on experience in configuring enterprise structures, managing suppliers and procurement business functions, creating purchase requisitions and purchase orders, processing invoices, handling payment workflows, and understanding inventory and database operations. Exposure was also gained in workflow configuration, approval hierarchies, procurement analytics, and issue resolution in real-time production environments. In addition, basic understanding of APIs, backend technologies, and application development concepts was explored to understand integration with enterprise systems. The internship helped in developing both technical and professional skills such as problem-solving, analytical thinking, communication, teamwork, adaptability, and time management. Working with Oracle Cloud P2P provided insight into how organizations automate procurement operations, maintain data accuracy, and improve overall business efficiency.
