Smartdine AI intelligent QR-based restaurant ordering and kitchen management system
(New Horizon College, 2026) Abhishek Das, U19KU23S0011
SmartDine AI is an intelligent QR-based restaurant ordering and kitchen management system developed to replace manual menu, waiter, kitchen, and reporting delays with a structured digital workflow. The customer module supports QR/table menu access, search, filters, food customization, cart billing, checkout, and order tracking. Kitchen staff receive order cards and update status through preparation stages, while admin users monitor revenue, QR table tools, inventory, analytics, and recent orders. The project uses HTML5, CSS3, vanilla JavaScript, Supabase, localStorage fallback, and PWA support. Its modular files include router, authentication, API, customer, cart, kitchen, admin, inventory, analytics, AI assistant, and service worker logic. Overall, it demonstrates problem analysis, database design, role-based access, implementation, testing, screenshots, and formal documentation for a BCA final-year project.
