Sometimes solar panel will not provide enough voltage to charge battery due to insufficient sun light. So here a Buck Boost circuit is used to boost the voltage to required level. And also we run a motor through motor driver which is actuated by the controller. That motor is coupled by another motor. Due to coupling the other motor rotates and generates back emf. This genearated back emf is boosted and applied to battery to charge the battery. A bulb or LED will be connected to battery as a load, the battery supply is given to LED through another Buck Boost so that if battery voltage reduces the intensity of light remains still due to constant voltage supplied by boost circuit.Item Automatic Controlling of Electrical Devices Using Active Phase Selector for Single Phase Load From Three Phase Supply and Detection of Phase Fault(2016-07-12T11:35:08Z) Amit, Kumar; Anjali, Kumari; Pradeep, Choudhary; S., Masooda KhanamPhase absence is a very common and severe problem in any industry, home or office. Many times one or two phases may not be live in three phase supply. Because of this, many times, some electrical appliances will be on in one room and OFF in another room. This creates a big disturbance to our routine work. This project is designed to check the availability of any live phase, and the load will be connected to the particular live phase only. Even a single phase is available, and then also, the load will be in ON condition. If two or three phases are live, the load will be connected to phase I only. An LCD is provided to display the status of the phase condition. They are designed and constructed in big variety of shapes, types, sizes, configurations and materials.Item Study Of Geopolymer Concrete Using Flyash and GGBS(2016-06-22T12:00:06Z) Prateek, Sharan; Amit, Kumar; Sushmita, Ravi; Shubham, RewarConcrete is one of the fundamental materials in civil engineering especially structural industries. The purpose of this project is to experimentally investigate the effect of geopolymer concrete by replacing cement. In our project low calcium flyash based geopolymer concrete is provided. In this concretic geopolymer cement is used instead of ordinary portland cement, which is obtained from the reaction of low calcium flyash with the alkaline solution i.e. sodium hydroxide and sodium silicate.This project constitutes of testing of the geopolymer concrete cube containing varying proportion of Fly Ash and GGBS for different periods of curing. Thus, after accumulating all the materials, the molding of the samples for the longest curing period (say 28 days) is done first and kept for curing. Consecutively, the samples are then moulded for intermediate curing periods (say 28 days, 14 days and 7 days) and tested accordingly. The construction industry is in demand of ecofriendly & greener materials which are durable.As compared to the existing concrete materials fly ash is advantageous but its uses as tested against strength & durability needs to be confirmed.
