    A Study on Job Satisfaction of Employees

    The relationship between man and work has always attracted the attention of philosophers, scientist and novelist. A major part of man’s life is spent in work is a social reality and social expectation to which men seem to confirm. It not only provides status to the individual but also binds him to the society, if only on the basis that it occupies so much of a man’s lifecycle. The title of study is ‘Job Satisfaction of Employees towards Imperial Hotel’. The study was conducted to know the job satisfaction of Imperial Hotel. This study helps to find the employee’s attitude. On the analysis and evaluation on data collected, the findings have been recorded and based on the finds the following conclusion most of the employees are satisfied with the different aspects of job. In addition if the management consider all the suggestions also, then a more motivated workforce can be formed which will promote teamwork and work honesty for the company. In this organization all the employees are maintaining a healthy relationship with their colleagues ; this will help the company for future development.
