Item Matlab Based Software for Numerical Calculations of Electrical Machines(2017-08-23T09:23:40Z) ASHWINI, J MENON; KIRAN, S; MADHURIMA, DUTTA; MEGHANA, RElectrical machines are the back bone of electrical engineering and play a vital role in industry. For high rating values which cannot be practically supplied to the machine, through this program one can observe the values for high ratings and also different machines with different specifications. To get different internal and external characteristics of these machines in the lab, systematic results and graph can be obtained using Matlab programs. Electrical Machines can be analysed for any values for the experiment. Developing apps for Matlab is on the rise nowadays. Matlab has become the gold standard and user- friendly. There are many calculations in machines numerical problems which are time consuming, especially the problems which have iterations. There are various types of machines present in e lect r ica l engineering on which va r ious expe r iments a re per formed and the output va lue s are calculated and the necessary graph is plotted. Using this software, the input details are fed into the system and the graph is plotted for different parameters and the output values are displayed. Using Matlab the time used in these experiments can be minimized and the accuracy can be increased. This project will witness the successful completion of Matlab software for the machines laboratory experiments. It provides a basic knowledge of electrical machines along with the experimental details performed on these machines.Item A Study on Customer Relationship at Sunness Capital India Pvt Ltd(2020-10-08T10:47:35Z) KIRAN, SCRM or Customer Relationship Management is a strategy for managing an organization’s relationships and interactions with customers and potential customers. A CRM system helps companies stay connected to customers, streamline processes and improve profitability. The main goal of Customer relationship management is to create a strong bond between customers and the company. The strong bond can be built by focusing on the two main objectives of CRM. Providing the organization and all of the employees that treat customers with a single and complete view of every customer at every touch point and across all channels and providing the customer a single and complete view of the company and its extended channels. Effective implementation of customer relationship management can increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and their absorption and may result in more sales and repeat of purchases. Some organizations face difficulties in the implementation of (CRM) because their attitude toward this issue is purely technological.
