    A Study on Quality Work Life of Nursing Staff at Apollo Hospital, Bangalore

    This project report is done on the title “A STUDY ON QUALITY WORK LIFE OF NURSING STAFF AT APAOLLO HOSPITAL, BANGALORE”. The research on the topic was carried on for a period of 10 weeks at Apollo Hospital; this was done by finding out what quality is provided by the hospital to the nurses regarding their work. Data was collected by two sources that is Primary Data and Secondary Data. A brief summary of the whole project. This project consists of five chapters. First chapter is about the introduction about internship, Title of the study, Statement of the Problem, Need of the study, Objectives of the study, Research Methodology, Data Collection, Sample size, Review of Literature and Limitation of the study. Second chapter consist of Industry Profile, its present and future growth of the Industry and it also contains Company Profile in which a brief introduction about the promotors of the company, Vision and Mission, Quality policy, Company’s Products and Services, Area of Operation, Infrastructure facility, Competitors, SWOT Analysis of the Company, Company’s future growth and prospects. Third chapter consist of Theoretical Background of the Study that is about the area of Specialization (Human Resource Management) and narration about the topic Quality Work Life of Nursing Staff. Fourth Chapter is Data Analysis and Interpretation where in this data is collected through Primary source by preparing Questionnaire and distributing the same to the nurses in order to collect feedback from them regarding their Quality Work Life. Sample size was 100 sample method used to collect the data was Convenient Sampling. Fifth chapter is Findings, Suggestions and Conclusion. This contains about whatever relevant related to the topic was found during the research study and certain suggestions is given in order to make more improvements regarding Quality Work Life of Nursing Staff.
