A study focuses on understanding the organization structure of the company. Organizational structure or Organizational chart is a flowchart which clearly gives the picture of the employees who report‘s to whom. Organizational functioning is an important factor for any organization to achieve the desired goals and objectives. This helps in co-ordination at all the levels to smooth functioning. The main importance of the organization structure is to understand the responsibilities and duties that are performed by each and every employee.
