    “HomeWays” is a real Estate Website that mainly deals with selling and renting the different real estate property types such as villas, apartments, flats etc. in different areas of city. This System has two types of users 1.End Users 2. Admin This System has its own built in search engine to search the property based on different parameters. Here users can search the property based on the property type, property status, budget of the property and location of property. Users have option using that they can filter and sort the properties. It allows end users to view the property in 360° view. It provides the map facility to navigate from user’s location to the property location. Users have also the option through which he can get the information about the undergoing and completed project. If any user likes the property they can share the property on social media such as Facebook or Google+. For any property related enquiry, end user can send the message directly to the admin of website. Admin is the main person who has all the privileges to add new property, remove property or change the status of property and all the maintenance work of website. At the same time Admin can edit the property details such as price and amenities. He has the dashboard where he can get the detailed report of properties like how many properties are sold out in which area in a period of time. The dashboard has graphical report to see the progress of business. He has also the option to read the enquiry messages of users and send them the detailed information about the property.
