    The study of ratio analysis “ financial performance is related to radiant Info systems ltd .The study concentrates an understanding the analysis the various transaction of the company which were carried to attain its main objective, to evaluate to growth achieved in term of finance and direct operation which have got direct bearing with the financial resources of the company . Primary objective: The primary objective of the study is to know the financial performance of the company of the radiant info sys to know the financial performance of the company to know the growth of the company. Secondary objective: To explore to area in which area disciplinary action to be taken to uplift the liquidity position to analysis various possible region for changes in the forms of the assets, liabilities, earning and expense of the company. To compare the companies present and historical performance with the industrial standard to finding performance of the Radiant Infosys ltd , in the field of software develop this study is restricted to analyzing the financial statement of last five years of the fore company and to highlight the company present financial standing .
