    A STUDT ON FUNDAMENTAL ANALYSIS IN BANKING SECTOR

    Finance describes the management, creation and study of money, banking, credit, investments, assets and liabilities that make up financial systems, as well as the study of those financial instruments. It basically deals with the study of investment. It includes the effectiveness of asset and liabilities over a time period under different degree of uncertainty and risk. Finance is also called as the science of money management. In other words, "Finance is the management of money and other valuables, which can be easily converted into cash." Finance can be divided into three sub categories public finance, corporate finance and personal finance. i) Public finance: It is the study of government role in the economy. It deals only with government finances. It consists of income and expenditure of governments, the allocation and distribution of the funds. It mainly deals with public expenditure, public debt and public revenue. ii) Corporate finance: It is concerned with maximizing shareholder value through long-term and short-term financial planning and the implementation of various strategies. It deals with all the financial activities related to corporate from capital investment decision to investment banking. iii) Personal finance: Personal finance defines all financial decisions and activities of an individual or household, including budgeting, insurance, mortgage planning, savings and retirement planning.
