Item Density Based Traffic Control System Using Zigbee Module And Use of RFID for Theft Control(2018-06-27T12:53:51Z) Kavyesh; Gokulkrishnan, S; Srilekha., V.M; D., MonishreeTraffic jams in the world today is one of the biggest concerns. Controlling the traffic became a major issue because of rapid increase in automobiles that are due to the population increase and development of economy and also because of large time delays between traffic lights. So, in order to rectify this problem, we will go for density based traffic light system an automated traffic signal control. This article explains on how we control the traffic based on density. Traffics jams might even lead to death of people in case of serious situations. Not only ambulance but the other emergency vehicles like Fire Brigade trucks and Police cars tend to get stuck in jams. These different emergency vehicles which get delayed due to traffic jams might result in loss of any lives. With the help of our system all the red traffic light signals will be turned to green in order to provide a clear way for the emergency vehicles. Apart from providing clearance to the emergency vehicles our system will also help in identifying any stolen vehicle when is crossed the different traffic light signals. Traffic congestion can lead to drivers becoming frustrated and engaging in road rage, In order to avoid the congestion in the traffic. Automatic recognition of traffic signs is therefore, important for driver assistance systems
