    Design And Development of Hydraulic Side Dumping Trailer

    Modern hydraulic tipper trailer has been conceived by observing the difficulty in unloading the materials taking stability into consideration. The survey in this regards in several automobile garages, revealed the fact that end dumping is not suitable for all application and areas. This project has mainly focused on the above difficulty. Hence a prototype of suitable arrangement has been designed. Material can be unloaded to the side of the trailer in a more stable manner. The Direction control valves which activate the ram of the hydraulic cylinder lift the trailer cabin to require the side. Further modifications and working limitations will put this work in the main league of use. This concept saves time & energy which leads to efficient working.
