A Study on Attrition Management of Employees at MMODAL

The Project ―A STUDY ON ATTRITION MANAGEMENT OF EMPLOYEES IN MMODAL GLOBAL SERVICES PVT. LTD.‖ was done at MMODAL GLOBAL SERVICES PVT .ltd. Bangalore, with a view to find the factors that cause the attrition of employees from an organization. This project will help the company to decide on the policies that could be used to retain the employees in the organization. This project used the employees in MMODAL as the respondents to know their opinions in some factors. The sample size used in this project was100 respondents. Convenience sampling technique was used in this research. The study is restricted to MMODAL. Questionnaires were used to collect primary data. Likert Scale was used to scale the responses. The findings were that majority of the respondents needed motivation while doing their jobs, needed salary more than or same as the competitors and so on.Suggestions were made to the employers to reduce the attrition of employees and make them retain in the company
