    A Study on Management of Dealer Satisfaction Towards Soft Turf Company

    Dealership business has been expanding day by day in the world. It is designed to provide the manufacturers with insights about dealer’s opinions and attitudes to help them to improve dealer’s relations. This study is done to explore the dealer satisfaction of Soft Turf PVC Manufacturers. Dealer satisfaction is the metric, where it can reduce customer churn, by measuring and tracking customer satisfaction, it can put new process in place to increase the overall quality of the product. It can increase the customer growth. Dealer satisfaction can help to increase the sale. The satisfaction of dealer can help it to move the products of its company. An exploratory study was adopted to achieve the objectives of the study, and the study was conducted in Soft Turf Company, Bangalore on “Dealer Satisfaction”. The general objective of the study was to analyze the Dealer Satisfaction level in Soft Turf. However, the study was conducted with the following objectives: 1. To study about the management of dealers in relation with the soft turf. 2. To find the factors influencing the dealers to deal with Soft Turf company. 3. To study the process of which includes discussions of ordering and vending between dealer and manufacturer. 4. To study the power of sales promotion. 5. To find the dealer’s ideas if any with respect to soft turf company. The major limitation of the study was lack of time. The method adopted for the collection of data was questionnaire and personal interview with dealers. It was also sourced from the secondary data. After collecting data from the respective sources analysis and interpretation data has made. Based on the findings, logical conclusions are drawn and future suitable suggestions and recommendations are bough. The entire project is presented in the form of report using chapter scheme in logical sequence from introduction to annexure and bibliography.
