In the current system there are satellites and fiber cable are used for the communications. In the current version depending on the network flow the selection is made. That is for the short distance and multiple users (like cable TV is replaced with DTH) are connected with the satellites but in the distance users transactions like ATM transaction in multiple country then fiber cables are used. But in the proposed system the communication will be created depending on the cost. If the short distance instead of transferring the satellites the algorithm will find which will be cost feasible and will be decided to be transferred either with satellite or cable fibber.
