The fine-grained encryption helps to encrypt the record of the data. Under this approach, the owners of the particular information used to apply encryption to the data first after that it completes the data uploading on the cloud and re-encryption happened to the data at any time the user references change. Information owner thus obtain high costs in both communication and computation. A superior approach that ought to designate the requirement separated from the net grained access point of interest from cloud that is to reduce the expense at the information proprietors, during guaranteeing information privacy from cloud. We suggest a way that helps to full fill the requirements about the encryption of the data which consists of encryption of two layers. Under this advance approach, the owner of the particular data performs a rough encryption; on the other side the cloud performs an exquisite encryption on top of the data which is encrypted by the owner. To perform the encryption of two layers the most challenging topic is how to break down ACPs. We exhibit that this is nondeterministic polynomial time (NP-complete) complete problem and the novel optimization algorithm is proposed.We can use an effective gathering key administration system that backings expressive ACPs.
