    A Study on Challenges in Marketing of Poultry and its Products at Venkateshwara Hatcher’s Private Limited

    Venkateshwara hatcheries poultry industry plays decisive role to boost income of peoples, particularly who lives with low income. Completely different analysis on genetics, health, production, and marketing were conducted, less attention has been given to spot challenges and prospects of poultry industry instead of taking one element and react on it, though poultry business is decreasing through time without clear and research based mostly known issues. the purpose is to spot the problems of the industry at Venky's. What are the main constraints and prospects of poultry trade, what would facilitate strengthen poultry business, and how do poultry productions profit look like? These were queries which the study makes an attempt to answer with concentrate on VH groups poultry industry. The study was descriptive type of analysis and the information the data collected from respondents through questionnaires, with some producers. Convenient samples are used to get needed information data was collected and analyzed using Excel, to disclosed the stakeholders concerned in poultry business at VH group like, absence of real breed provider of chicken, lack of data on poultry production, shortage of professionals within the area, government’s lack to improve land lease time policy based on the nature of poultry industry lack of clear management system of actual breed poultry and absence of feed processer either personal or government organization subsidies on agricultural equipments and produces like feeds, land, capital etc. On opposite hand, major prospects of poultry trade like presence of excellent government policy, presence of higher market demand and conducive surroundings for poultry production were identified. It can be concluded that, if the government and producers area unit unable to beat those major known constraints and challenges of poultry industry, the existing loss of poultry industry are aggravated and likely poultry industry can decline. Finally suggested the government to revise its policy to form access genuine breed poultry and to satisfy alternative facilities demanded for poultry industry as a mandatory. And for producers I recommended to improve their information related with poultry and consult consultants for each process of poultry production ranging from poultry housing construction till they reach customers.
