    A Study on Payroll Accounting in OZOPROP‖

    study was conducted on the topic called “Payroll Accounting”. So an attempt was made to understand the organisational behaviour. Firstly the existing payroll was analysed which had a lot of flaws or potholes I it and it was found that there is a need to streamline the payroll according to the recent changes that are prevailing in the industry. Once there was a need for streamlining the payroll of various other organisations where studied and a simple way for processing the payroll accounting for Ozoprop was suggested. The key objective for this study was to formulate an action plan and to implement the same, which was successful. The industry experience was a unique one and also Ozoprop was one of a kind because they dealt with an unique business which is India‟s first. There were various findings derived from this study and also various suggestions were given to the firm for future improvements. There was a marketing campaign that was conducted and it was a very different experience. Ozoprop is a fast growing organization. There has been a lot of learning out of this internship of having a live experience with the industry. Not only through the internship but also because of the topic chosen the importance of payroll is known and also all the latest details regarding it was known. The payroll process which was very essential was implemented because it is a mandatory activity that an organisation has to possess. At the end of the study a few things have been suggested to the company that it should work and also a few findings have been being made.
