A Study on Working Capital Management at Hemogenomics Pvt. Ltd

The project titled working capital management is undertaken in Hemogenomics. Working capital management involves managing between the firm’s short term asset and its short term liabilities. The goal of working capital management is to ensure that the firm is able to continue its operations and that it has sufficient cash flow to satisfy both maturing short term debt and upcoming operation expenses. This project is based on analysis of working capital position of the company. Various factors which influences the working capital requirement are analysed in detail. For analysis research methodology is using through the data collection with the help of interaction with the financial manager of the company and by evaluating the annual publication. The secondary aim is to suggest the way of improving financial performance of the company. The motive is to find out the reason for inefficient use of working capital, how it will impact on overall performance of the company. However it is difficult to extract all the data of the company due to the time constraint. This project has been undertaken to strengthen my understanding and knowledge of working capital management in an organization and it also give me an opportunity to be a part of practical implementation of credit management.
