Now a day’s it is necessary for every organization to have a planning activity. Human Resource Planning plays fundamental role to achieve the organizations success. There are definite way these should be follow by each organization to ensures that it has accurate number and right type of people, at the correct place at the right time .By doing this the organizations can attain their goals. It is important for every organization to have a correct person in a correct job. In this situation Recruitment and selection act as a fundamental task. Because of famine of skills and the utilize of new technology put large strain on how employees go about recruit and staff. So it has been suggested to get a planned study on recruitment and selection process.
