A Study on Customer Satisfaction at More Mega Store

The Project was carried out at More Mega Store Benniganahalli. As my project topic suggests, I have tried to find out the customer satisfaction of More Mega Store. The quality of the products and for this purpose people from different they choosen like, General customers, dealers bulk consumers etc. I have used Questionneirs, observations, & Personal interview to know about the customers moods & preference and I met different customers. This study includes direct interactions with the customers and this helps us to know the “SATISFACTION LEVEL” to greate accuracy. This is greate important to the company which will know about the customers’ preference to buy a particular brand, product, quality etc.
