The project named ― Inventory management system, site project in python django Focuses mainly on dealing with stocks, sales, and purchases. Also, the system displays selective overall data using graphical representations. In addition, the system allows for managing inventory records. Evidently, this project only contains an Admin Panel. In an overview of this web application. He/she can manage inventories, suppliers, sales, and more. Here, each and every section has its own respective details such as name and other important details. The very first step of the management of this system is to add inventory details. There are minor fields for each such as name and quantity. Both sections play an important role in maintaining the proper flow of the online inventory system.

This application maintains the centralized database so that any changes done at a location reflects immediately. This is an online tool so more than one user can login into system and use the tool simultaneously.

WhatsApp is one of the most widely used messaging platforms, and with its growing popularity, spam messages have become a serious issue for users. Spam messages may contain fake offers, misleading links, phishing attempts, or unwanted promotional content. These messages can disturb communication and may also create security risks for users. The objective of this project is to develop a AI- BASED SPAM FILTERING SYSTEM FOR WHATSAPP that can identify whether a message is spam or ham (not spam). The system is designed using text classification techniques and machine learning methods. The messages are processed, cleaned, and converted into a machine-readable format using preprocessing and feature extraction techniques such as TF-IDF. The classification model is trained using labeled sample messages containing spam and ham classes. The system can then predict new incoming messages as spam or not spam based on the learned patterns. This project helps reduce message clutter and improves the safety and usability of messaging platforms. The proposed system is easy to use, efficient, and capable of improving user security by detecting suspicious messages automatically.

Thus the project is a sincere effort in simplifying the task of administrators in an easily usable format. This system will help the users/customers to book appointment for their beautification. The main goal of “Beauty Parlour Management System” is to provide the best customer service and helps admin for day to day complementation of orders and transactions. Also, an admin can manage customers and services offered to the customers and to keep records of the customer services, etc.

The organisation can maintain Computerised records without redundant entries. That means that one need not be distracted by information that is not relevant, while being able to reach the information. The aim is to automate its existing manual system by the help of computerised equipment and full-fledged computer software, fulfilling their requirements, so that their valuable data/information can be stored for a longer period with easy accessing and manipulation of the same. The purpose of the project entitled as “HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” is to computerized the front office management of hospital to develop software which is user friendly simple, fast, and cost-effective. It deals with the collection of patients information, diagnosis details, etc. Traditionally, it was done manually. The main function the system is register and store patient details and doctor details and retrieve these details as and when required, and to also to manipulate this details meaningfully system input contains patient details, diagnosis details, while system output is to get this details on the screen. The hospital management system can be entered using the username it is accessible either by an administrator or receptionist. Only they add data into the database. The data can be retrieved easily. the data are well protected for personal use and makes the data processing very fast.

The project named – College Management System, is based on Python Django focuses mainly on dealing with student-staff information. The system displays selective overall data using graphical representations. This project is divided into three categories: Student, Staff, and Admin Panel.  Admin panel- Initially admin is responsible for creating staff and student profile.He can have the overview of the entire system view and receive feedbacks,send notifications, approve leaves for staff and student and so on.  Staff Panel- A staff member can manage results for each student.The user can take and view the attendance of students enrolled in his/her concerned subject.For this, the user has to select subjects and sessions. With it, the system displays the names of students with attendance dates. Additionally, the staff members can apply for leave days by providing details such as leave dates and messages. All the leave applications will be sent for approval by the admin. Also,the user can view notifications from the administrator and send feedback.  Student panel- Students can view their attendance percentage, apply for leaves and can also get useful notification from the admin and teachers.

This application simplifies the process of storing user details, generating ID cards, and maintaining records digitally. In many organizations, colleges, and institutions, identity cards are still managed manually. The manual process consumes more time, requires physical printing, and creates difficulties in updating information. To overcome these problems, the Digital ID Card Application provides an automated platform where administrators can add user details, upload photos, generate digital cards, and manage records easily. The application is designed using web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. HTML is used for creating the structure of webpages, CSS is used for styling and designing the user interface, JavaScript adds interactivity, PHP handles server-side processing, and MySQL stores the user information securely in a database. The system allows users to log in securely and access their digital ID card online. The administrator has full control over managing users, editing details, and maintaining the database. Each digital ID card contains important information such as name, ID number, department, contact details, and profile image. The generated card can also include QR codes or barcodes for quick verification.
