This Java-based panel allows paying guest owners to sign up, login, and create their profiles highlighting the important details of their paying guest properties, to include room types, rent, amenities, location, and images. Once the PG properties are registered in the database, owners can update room availability, see booking requests, respond to user requests, and modify occupancy details. This dashboard allows PG providers to control their accommodation and make sure users looking for accommodations are seeing relevant and up-to-date information. Early identity and rapid communication are necessary to reduce the effect of such disasters. Traditional fire detection systems depend much on hardware-based sensors such as smoke or heat detectors, often depending on animals, infrastructure, and are limited in the area-speciacially in the external or rural environment. To remove these boundaries, the project introduces a smart, image -based fire detection system that benefits from web technologies, artificial intelligence and real -time geolocation functions, providing a sharp, flexible and scalable solution. The system is designed as a full-stack web application, which integrates the front user interface, backnd control logic and AI-based image processing. Users can take images using the device camera or upload images, and then analyzed using a python script manufactured with OpenCV to detect fire patterns. If the fire is detected, the system automatically triggers a location -based emergency alert. Java Spring Boot for Architecture Backand Operations, Mongodb for data storage and python for real -time fire detection. The Geolocation API is used to collect data on user rooms, which are involved in notice of quick response. To ensure stability and performance, the system was developed in a modular way with simulation -based tests before work and later after the effective tests in the real world. Facilities as responsible user interface, accurate identity, warning distribution and compatibility across devices were all validated through extensive testing.
