The bank then lends then money out to other individuals or corporations for consumption or investment, and charges interest on the loans. Loans have become increasingly packaged for resale, meaning that an investor buys the loan (debt) from a bank or directly from a corporation. Bonds are debt sold directly to investor from corporation, while that investor can hold the debt and collect the interest or sell the debt on a secondary market. Banks are the main facilitator of funding through the provision of credit, although private equity, mutual funds, hedge funds, and other organisation have become as important as they invest in various forms of debt. Financial asset, know as investments, are financially managed with careful attention to financial risk management to control financial risk. Financial instruments allow many forms of securitised asset to be traded on securities exchanges such as stock exchanges, including debt such as bonds as well as equity in publicly-traded corporation. The history of Toyota started in 1933 with the company being a division of Toyoda Automatic Loom Works devoted to the production of automobiles under the direction of the founder's son, Kiichiro Toyoda. Kiichiro Toyoda had traveled to Europe and the United States in 1929 to investigate automobile production and had begun researching gasoline-powered engines in 1930. Toyoda Automatic Loom Works was encouraged to develop automobile production by the Japanese government, which needed domestic vehicle production, due to the war with China. In 1934, the division produced its first Type a Engine, which was used in the first Model A1 passenger car in May 1935 and the G1 truck in August 1935. Production of the Model AA passenger car started in 1936. The objective of this study is to examine whether the creditors and investors are satisfied with the performance and financial position of the company. To study profitability, short term liquidity and solvency position of company are also the objectives of this study. At first literature survey was done to understand various aspects of financial condition of the organization. The title „study on ratio analysis‟ was chosen as it is used as a device to analyse and interpret financial health of the enterprise and to draw a conclusion whether the performance of the firm is improving or deteriorating. Using the available data, different ratios were calculated and compared over the five years period (2011 – 2015). Businesses often use customer satisfaction surveys to gauge customer satisfaction. The objectives of the study was to determine the perception, acuity and insight of the customers towards the product available in lifestyle fashion store compare to other fashion stores to find relationship between expectation and satisfaction level of the consumers who have purchased products at lifestyle, to find out ways and methods by which consumer expectation and satisfaction levels can be meet. Ltd by using the Annual Reports of the firm and what are the hardcore efforts put by the firm to raise economic conditions of a country.
