Businesses began using accounting and bookkeeping to pay taxes on behalf of their employees as tax requirements grew and became essential. An original payroll technique was adopted by many business owners at the beginning of the twentieth century. Automated cost systems were considered a fiction because of inadequate technology. Before the late 20th century saw the emergence of automated technologies, most business owners chose to outsource the processing of payroll. After 1980s the payroll management system started becoming automated. Today more than 2000 payroll companies of America are serving 1/3rd of the business firms

Historically, remote work was mostly restricted to certain roles and industries — including freelance writing, consulting, and IT support — where jobs could be done without being in a physical location. But the need for social distancing and public health measures has forced many industries to adopt telecommuting on a scale never before imagined. This change has led to a deep look at how it affects two of the most important employment factors: productivity and job satisfaction.

Data analytics enables farmers and agronomists through actionable insights provided by the integration of advanced statistical tools and machine learning algorithms to help them make the right decisions. Study of precision agriculture becomes data analytics for crop management, soil health monitoring with IOT technology, and sensors to optimize water resource management; in addition pest and diseases control,and being also predictive capability highly effective in the entire agricultural process. In order to collect correct and up-to-date data, it is vital for your business how well you deploy data gathering tools like sensors, drones, satellite imagery)IoT device), weaher station etc. This data is then analysed using statistical tech such as RA, TSA(timeseries analysis) and cluster analysis to enhance yield percentages predictions;to minimise the wastage of resources used in farming or crop production which includes fertilizers, manures etc.;and for a variety ways depending upon its efficiency including risk management. Use of data analytics in agriculture is also helping in farm operations and eventually to sustainable agricultural practices contributing indirectly for food security.

In this project, we will investigate the role of AI in transforming recruitment within IT - its adoption rate, utility & challenges along with strategic implementation. This examination was aimed at: (a) exploring the implementation of AI technologies into recruitment process, with a focus on how they were leveraging and facilitating in recruiting processes; (b) determining if these tools are considered using direct evidence such as performance metrics for particular tasks or overall levels of productivity among others enabled by use of AI; (c), scrutinizing whether these utilized technologies created any difficulties; voicing steps that would be taken to improve them. The project covers multiple phases: from sourcing to screening, interviewing and onboarding so as to map the impact of AI during each stage- All the while gleaning insights both HR executives perspective along with current + past job seekers.
