Stock market is an important part of the economy of a country which plays a pivotal role in the growth of the industry and commerce of the country that eventually affects the economy of the country largely. The stock market is important from both the industry’s point of view as well as the investor’s point of view. The economic reforms being an integrated process, included deregulation of industry, liberalization in foreign investment regime, restructuring and liberalization of trade, exchange rates, tax policies, partial disinvestments of government holding in public sector companies and financial sector reforms. Applying descriptive and causal research approach, present study analyzed the data collected from secondary sources. The raw data that were collected from various sources are analyzed by using the Microsoft Excel software. The tools used to analyze the data are return, mean, standard deviation and beta. Although the CAPM has been predominant in empirical work over the past 30 years and is the basis of modern portfolio theory, accumulating research has increasingly cast doubt on its ability to explain the actual movements of asset returns. CAPM suggests that high expected returns are associated with high levels of risk. CAPM postulates that the expected return on an asset above the risk-free rate is linearly related to the non-diversifiable risk as measured by the asset’s beta

Risk Management It is the process by which managers identify, assess, monitor, and control risks associated with a financial institution’s activities. The complexity and the range of financial products have made risk management more difficult to accomplish and to evaluate. In larger financial institutions, risk management is used to identify all risks associated with particular business activities and to aggregate information such that exposures can be evaluated on a common basis. A formal process enables these institutions to manage risks on both a transaction basis and by portfolio in light of the institution’s exposures in a global strategic environment.

Over the most recent twenty years, there has been an ocean change in the idea of the triangular connection between organizations, the state and the general public. Never again can firms keep on acting as autonomous substances paying little heed to the enthusiasm of the overall population. The development of the connection amongst organizations and society has been one of moderate change from a charitable conjunction to one where the shared enthusiasm of the considerable number of partners is increasing vital significance. ❖ CSR activities are part of our company’s marketing strategy. Such CSR activities improve goodwill of company which in turn helps to enhance brand image. ❖ CSR activities can be promoted to the investors and also educate them regarding CSR activities happening in the organization. ❖ When we are promoting our services to the people through CSR activities most of the people do not know about the company. Corporate social Responsibility (CSR), otherwise called corporate duty, corporate citizenship, dependable business, feasible mindful business (SRB), or corporate social execution, is a type of corporate self coordinated into a plan of action. In a perfect world, CSR strategy would work as an inherent, automatic instrument whereby business would screen and guarantee its adherence to law, moral models, and universal standards. Thusly, business would grasp obligation regarding the effect of its exercises on nature, shoppers, representatives, groups, partners and every single other individual from the general population circle.
