| dc.description.abstract | This project gives a bird’s eye view of the TCI LTD and the customer loyalty toward its services. The report also gives the view of the company, its activities and service profile. The company wants to improve its market share future with the help of the information and the findings from the study. The transparency between customer and the organization is very high. The study was mainly conducted to understand the customer loyalty level towards the TCI LTD to understand the brand image, appeal of the brand, pricing, customer reaction and satisfaction level. The study shows the impact of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty of TCI LTD are satisfied customers loyal to the company If not then what are the factors affecting in the process of not selecting the brand. The study revolves around the customer’s post purchase behaviour, in terms of the satisfaction. In respect to factors like time taken, smooth movement of goods, Ease of tracking the consignment etc. These are the valuable services which make the logistics even more valuable in the race of other brands. The whole study will be focused in the improvement of the service provided by TCI LTD, customers will be loyal to the company If they get the best pricing with good quality services. In some cases, customers are not loyal to the company as there are various factors affecting in their purchasing decision. | en_US |
