Abstract
Human resource management regards training and development as a function concerned with organizational activity aimed at bettering the job performance of individuals and groups in organizational settings. Training & Development is any attempt to improve current or future employee performance by increasing an employee's ability to perform through learning, usually by changing the employee's attitude or increasing his or her skills and knowledge.” This report is based on the study of training and development of employees in supernal technologies. This study includes introduction to human resource management and details about the supernal technologies, research methodology and data analysis.
