Retention and loyalty is a needed concern to maintain the business for which the related
performance optimization is required, multiple factors are required to be understood for the
positioning planning and to be visible for the achievement of the business appropriated plans.
The design of the system will provide the companies to increase the retention rate by

factors so the organizations can have all the required knowledge about the real time
perception it will be broadcasted in a formatted way for the understanding and reviews.
Pre-determined research will be done for understanding the requirements of different gain
plans so that without the knowledge of technical studies the users can use the system to gain
what is required at a click making it very flexible and usable. Different options and functions
will be provided where all optimization improvement techniques will have the quickest
respond possible by including all the elaborative sources from where the information will be
gathered without the required configuration and knowledge.
It will be made easier to the users to understand the metrics whereas in the system that is
used in the existing scenario the way of analysis is quite complicated that makes the
performance understanding and planning time consuming and costly. Customer judgment
and positioning can easily be understood by the communicative summary statements that will
be provided by the system where all relative information will be measured with a technical
understanding and in a professional way so as to provide only the requirement that has to be
understood for the defined planning by the corporate users making it a stage that can be used
as the integrated system for exploration in a planned way.
