A study of working capital is of major importance to internal and external analysis because the working capital determines the success and failure of any business. In accounting working capital is the difference between the inflow and outflow of funds. Working capital is defined as the excess of the current asset over current liabilities and provisions, in other words, it is the net current asset or net working capital.
