| dc.description.abstract | Tata Consultancy Services Limited (TCS), ranked among the largest business solutions and consulting corporations, as well as the IT services supplier globally, has its financial statements fundamentally scrutinized in this research. As for this analysis, the objectives include the assessment of overall performance and the determination of the company’s solvency at a time, understanding how effectively TCS works, and discerning its prospects. In light of presenting the analysis of various and important financial figures and the ratios, our goal is to shed a light on the company’s profitability, its liquidity, solvency, and financial soundness. The balance sheet, the income statement, and the cash flow statement of TCS are presented before doing the analysis. The information from the balance sheet analysis provides a snapshot of TCS’s financial state at a certain date as it focuses on the value of assets, the amount of liabilities, and shareholders’ equity. One analyzes the use of capital structure, the proportions of current and noncurrent assets and the ability of the company to meet current and anticipated obligations. General elements affecting the profitability of TCS and its operational efficiency are presented in income statement analysis focusing on the revenue, cost and profitability patterns. | |
