Abstract
This project is developed for converting the hard copy document into electronic documents.
In the government departments the file which are created before 1980s are stored in file documents. Most of file documents could be lost due to ignorance. Searching for old file is also a hard time work since the users need to manually search in the racks. So, with this new vector algebra techniques we can convert the hardcopy to softcopy with a button clicks.
The application can just change over the composed substance of the record. The points of interest written in the transcribed (the old circumstances the enrollment number is physically composed in the record) can't be changed over since penmanship part isn't anything but difficult to distinguish.
The venture can be actualized or utilized by some other items. Furthermore, numerous new highlights can be included which is vital for the item. The main disservice of this venture is the composed textual style can't be changed over to the delicate duplicate document, because of various textual style and so on., subsequently the system will be adjusted for the manually written content later on.
