| dc.description.abstract | CRM for Chartered Accountants software is helpful for managing clients, proposals, negotiations, generating invoices, client follow ups for the payments and receipts. It is empowered with Chartered Accountant’s login for managing various operations in his office and client login for negotiations. Chartered Accountant Admin is provided with various modules for efficient working of the software like Login, Registration, Approval, Masters, Proposal, Negotiation, Cost Center, Work Order, Invoice, Cost Center Allocation, Other Expenses, Accounts, Follow Up, Receipts, Tally Integration, Reports. Automatic mail features are included in the software for better communication with the clients. The Admins using the software are permitted with these modules Login and Approval. For a new Chartered Accountant there is a facility for only Registration. The accounts department in the project has the access to following modules Cost Center Allocation, Invoice, Other Expenses, Follow Up, Receipts and Reports. The clients using this software can access the Proposal and Negotiation modules respectively. Follow ups for payments can be tracked efficiently through the software and once the payment will be made then it can be assigned to respective cost centers. Before the final payment various negotiations occur between the client and the Chartered Accountant Admin. After all the mutual understandings both of them come to a conclusion and the payment is made final. The software also helps the Chartered Accountants with useful reports. | en_US |
