| dc.description.abstract | The project work was done at ARAVIND MOTORS PVT.LTD in order complete the obligation of MBA degree from Visvesvaraya Technological University. The most important objective of the study is to study the factors which influence the consumer promotion. To know the responsiveness of the company, to be familiar with the after sales service offered by the company, to be familiar with the levels of fulfillment of the customers. Aravind Motors Pvt. Ltd deal with the Heavy Commercial Vehicles, Medium Commercial Vehicles and Light Commercial Vehicles. Separately starting this it have its individual Services Center and Spare Parts Center. In the current situation the manufacturing has known utmost significance of doing exacting task at greatest time I arrange to satisfy the customers and attract new customers. In this project we can find out customer of Aravind Motors Pvt. Ltd have satisfied with services provide by them and factors influence the Buying Behavior of Tata Light Commercial Vehicles. The project highlights on “Customer Satisfaction and After Sales Service All Commercial Vehicles at Aravind Motors Pvt. Ltd” The increase and achievement of the organization depends on the levels of the marketing skills and its effectiveness.
