| dc.description.abstract | Over the past three decades there is era of great developments in the field of human Resource Development. Today, associations have turned out to be dynamic. The global business always shows the sign of changes. With the world class businesses individuals are getting to be more brilliant, more astute and industrious. Which requires effective Human resource development. Culture of the organization backups the global requirements. Various previous studies has dealt to study organization culture with the means of eight dimensions OCTAPACE (Openness, confrontation, Trust, Authenticity, Proaction, Autonomy, Collaboration and Experimentation). The OCTAPACE culture provides effectiveness of the organization. Many research has been conducted OCTAPACE culture with respect to Job satisfaction, employee engagement and performance. The Aim of this research is to Diagnostic study of the culture of the Capgemini, Bengaluru. Collecting the experiences of the employees regarding the Organization work environment, analysing it to the OCTAPACE culture. The study has a derived objectives to check whether the company culture has a OCTAPACE, such culture having an effect on employees and to analyses OCTAPACE culture has relationship with performance or not. With the help of collected Data and analysis tools findings on the objectives is conducted. Thus proved The Company has OCTAPACE culture and its effects on employees is good. Thus the organization performance is optimistic in nature. That is performance is good and it is helpful in nature. Gary area found through the study at Capgemini’s OCTAPACE culture is dimensions of ‘Autonomy’ is less, this can be improved by providing freedom from external control or influence; independence. | en_US |
