Abstract
In this current project, the simulation of a basic RADAR model for pulse Doppler mode of operation with effect of different environmental parameters on RADAR detection quality is what we basically focused on. Majorly, pulse Doppler radars are utilized when a stream of pulses with a specific PRI and PRF to generate range Doppler maps. We tried to model the Radar Cross Section (RCS) of an aircraft as in 3-D matrix using 3 – D Simulator Software. The importance of flight simulators for training pilots on using complex avionic systems, one of which is radar. This is a sensor used for identifying, tracking and initiating attack on enemy targets. Simulation needs to be realistic for good training value. Almost all the airborne pulse Doppler radar modes can be simulated as a part of the real time simulator (RTS).
