Abstract
“Happiness is the end for which human beings are designed”
Executive summary gives a short narration about the entire study chapter
wise including research analysis ,objectives and conclusion.
The introduction briefly describes the meaning and objectives of HRM, and
the background of the study. Statement of the problem, needs and importance of the
study, scope of the study, limitation of the study and the objective-to measure the
level of satisfaction in Hotel Imperial Kormangala are included in the design of the
study.
Methodology used by the researcher is based upon both primary and
secondary data. The sample technique used is simple random sampling and sample
size for the survey is 100.
A short description about the sample and instrumentation techniques used is
explained. The company profile and other data analysis are given.
Presentation and analysis of data and interpretation reports the hypothesis
for Hotel Imperial. Tables and graphs are given to understand the baseline used for
the company to know the level of satisfaction in employees.
A separate report is made for all 21 questions used in the questionnaire for
the survey. Individual table, graph and inference from them are given briefly.
The conclusion is made in such a way to as to match the objective. Finally
suggestions are mentioned for further research. Lastly the supplement pages contain a
copy of questionnaire bibliography
