Abstract
The project report deals with the research topic “A STUDY ON EMPLOYEE LIFE CYCLE
MANAGEMENT IN TURTLEBOWL CONSULTING”. The main purpose of this research
is to identify the factors influencing the recruitment & selection process and to study the factor
which helps to improve satisfaction level. The research is carried out using questionnaire to
know the opinion of the employees about the various factors influencing recruitment &
selection process. Data collection is done through questionnaire and Primary data. In the
survey, the design used is descriptive in nature. The information is collected from the
individuals and analyzed with the help of different statistical tools, for describing the
relationship between various types of variables. Interpersonal relationship among the
employees must be encouraged and this can be implemented by assigning teamwork among
the member other than the jobs they perform. The various factors affecting the recruitment &
selection process are work life balance, basic facilities, welfare facilities and training &
development. If these factors are given in a better level, there is improvement in the satisfaction
level of employees and also the organization will be bene
